ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Sales Intern, you will be responsible for talking to customers interested in our services and onboarding them as paid members. This role involves understanding the needs of the customer, suggesting classes/ programs based on their needs and signing them up for these classes/ programs. We are looking for self-starters who are good at convincing others and enjoy doing sales.
With this role, you stand a chance to be a part of the first few in the sales team who get to see a global business being built from an early stage.
Duration: 6 Months
o6 Hours on Weekdays
10 Hours on Weekends
1 Weekly off on a weekday (Tuesday or Wednesday)
Monthly Stipend of up to ₹20,000 + Performance-based incentives
Internship Certificate & Letter of Recommendation
You will be eligible for a pre-placement offer based on the performance
On the job sales training for 2 weeks
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Good at convincing others, and enjoys sales thoroughly.
Excellent communication skills with expert-level fluency in English.
Prior experience in English Debating, Public speaking and Dramatics is a bonus.
Own sales targets to facilitate membership sales.
Understanding the prospective customer's needs and goals, and suggesting relevant programs.
